To access Student Data, select "Student Data" on the purple navigational menu on the left side of your screen. Click on "Genera" underneath the Student Data menu. Your screen will look like the picture below after selecting General.
**Important** From this screen you can only view student data, you cannot change student data. Changes must be made through the school administrator software.

To access Parent & Teacher conferences, select "P/T Conference" on the left side menu.
To add a P/T conference:
1. Select student from Student List
2. Add
-date
-location
-subject
-notation
-observation (from list or type an unlisted observation into note box)
-add recommendation
-Parent comments
3. Print and/or click "Apply" to save.
Note: Administration can view ALL P/T conferences for any one student. Each teacher can only view the P/T conferences that he or she added.
